Strategy Development
Think of this as our roadmap to success. With a focus on neighborhood development, commercial corridor revitalization, and placemaking, we’ll put our heads together to come up with a plan that sets clear goals and targets. It’s all about making sure we’re on track, in alignment, and preparing you to make real impact as you operationalize your strategies.
Placemaking & Program Design
Imagine turning unused spaces into vibrant hubs buzzing with activity. We approach the assets in your neighborhood as ingredients to a super yummy recipe. Maybe you have a ton of assets but not sure how to weave them together. With our strategic placemaking support, we’ll brainstorm ideas, sketch out designs, and put together programs to transform ordinary places into awesome community hangouts that honor the authentic ingredients and flavors you bring to the table.

Arts & Culture Planning
Let’s boost the local economy by tapping into the power of creativity and culture. With this planning approach, we’ll explore how art, culture, and creativity can fuel economic growth. Supporting artists, culture bearers, and entrepreneurs allow our communities to thrive in unique and exciting ways. See the economic inclusion section of the WITHIN East Side Investment Plan & Report for examples!
Organizational Development
We work with place-based organizations and arts and cultural organizations to help them build capacity and strengthen their leadership and impact. We provide board development and recruitment strategies, help systematize internal functions, and help boards clarify their mission and roles. With a background in Nonprofit & Public Management along with Creativity & Change Leadership, we work within your organizational structures while helping you think outside the box and navigate change.
Creative Community Engagement
Our creative community engagement approach involves getting people excited and involved in our projects. Leaning into our background in Creativity and Change Leadership, we use Creative Problem Solving (CPS) tools to develop interactive activities, find shared solutions to challenges, and navigate change with ease.
